All flat roofing work is carried out using modern High Performance Polyester Torch on Felts as opposed to out dated Pour and Roll systems that employ the use of hazardous bitumen boilers. This overcomes many of the dangers of using a hot bitumen boiler and helps to reduce offensive smells during the flat roof laying process. |

This profiled flat roof incorporates Rockwool DuoRock Insulation - 140mm thick and 2 layers of High Performance flat roofing felt with a solar reflective coating. The design called for Glulam Beams with D150 perforated metal deck mechanically fixed to the Glulams. | ||||
